Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and electronic systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting quality or performance problems.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, and troubleshoots solutions to quality or performance problems while incorporating training and developing technologies.
• Performs inspections of assembled generators and components to detect nonconformances.
• Performs failure analysis of warranty returns and customer complaints.
• Provides technical assistance to production and quality assurance functions.
• Observes good safety practices and maintains workplace housekeeping.
