Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation is seeking qualified individuals for production roles in our U.S. facilities. The position involves working in shifts with starting rates of $20.78 per hour and higher with incremental raises every 3 months and a top-out at 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience with electro-mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical assistance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, and recommends workable solutions to quality or performance problems.
• Requires considerable concentration in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Performs inspections of assembled generators and components to detect nonconformances.
