Job summary

Baily International Llc is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor in Granite City, IL to lead a production team, ensure safety, quality, and on‑time output. You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with other departments to exceed customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in food production or supervision, with a strong safety mindset and familiarity with HACCP and cGMP. Strong leadership, coaching skills, and MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a food production environment or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with HACCP and cGMP standards.
• Bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire production associates to meet targets and maintain safety and quality.
• Oversee daily production processes and monitor efficiency to reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist HR with onboarding, coaching and performance reviews.
• Report key performance metrics and production updates to the Plant Manager.
