Job summary

Baily International Llc in Woodbine, GA is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a production team and drive safety, quality, and on-time output under the Plant Manager's guidance. You will coach, monitor daily operations, identify efficiency opportunities, and ensure equipment runs safely and at full capacity.

You’ll collaborate with QA to meet customer specs and maintain cGMP and HACCP standards, while assisting HR with hiring and onboarding, and reporting KPIs to the Plant Manager

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a food production environment or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with HACCP and cGMP.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production associates to meet targets and motivate the team.
• Oversee daily production processes and ensure efficient, safe operations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to meet customer specifications and uphold quality standards.
• Track performance, report KPIs to Plant Manager, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist HR with hiring and onboarding as needed.
