Job summary

Baily international Inc. in Granite City, IL, is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Worker for a full-time role. No experience required as training is provided; you will join a fast-paced team on a 3:30pm–2am shift, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays.

You will pack, weigh, assemble, inspect products, follow cGMP and HACCP standards, and help with equipment setup. Safety, quality, and teamwork are essential to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in production packing, weighing, assembling, and handling products.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety (cGMP & HACCP) standards.
• Inspect products to make sure they meet quality expectations.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Help with equipment setup, changeovers, and general production support.
• Report any issues with equipment, safety, or product quality.
• Work closely with your team and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
