Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Groveton, NH. You will report to the department supervisor and support a team, communicating goals, safety practices, and deadlines while motivating team members in day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lead by example. You may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and interact with multiple departments to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience with NPI or product lifecycle background.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Manufacturing or product development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and promote safety-first culture.
• Support department supervisor and perform duties when supervisor is absent.
• Reallocate resources to level load production lines.
• Assist in production to meet schedule and timelines.
• Liaise with departments on product, process and equipment issues.
• Support capacity planning and cross-training efforts.
• Review production orders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead by example with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
