Momentum Manufacturing is hiring a Production Lead for 2nd shift in Groveton, NH. The role reports to the department supervisor and leads a team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

The ideal candidate has a background in project management, strong leadership, and experience with New Product Introduction or product lifecycle development. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 36 years of experience in project management with strong background in New Product Introduction or product lifecycle development.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and technical requirements.
• Experience in a manufacturing or product development environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations; all work must be done with a Safety First mindset.
• Support department supervisor and perform duties when supervisor is absent.
• Reallocate resources to level load production lines to meet schedules.
• Assist in production to ensure the schedule is met.
• Liaise with departments on product, process and equipment issues; support capacity planning.
