Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing Group LLC in Groveton, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for 1st and 2nd shifts to support daily production goals. This full-time, non-exempt role offers an hourly wage range of $17.00 to $22.00 with overtime as needed.

In this role you will work in a team-driven manufacturing environment, perform simple machine set-ups, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet QC requirements while adhering to ISO and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience required.
• Basic math skills.
• Accountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment.
• Perform simple machine set-ups.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of QC requirements and procedures.
• Monitor scrap rates.
• Inspect parts according to procedure policy.
• Basic understanding of cutting tools and ISO concepts.
• Understand production requirements.
• Basic understanding of Lean principles.
• Able to work overtime if required.
