Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly workers on the 2nd shift (3pm–12:30am) to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

You will coach the team, drive engagement, and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations. You will implement Lean, 5S and safety programs while ensuring adherence to quality standards and cross-training to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 2nd Shift (3pm-12:30am).
• Lead and engage a diverse team with strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve SQDC performance of assigned areas and teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture, including weekly safety meetings and 5S housekeeping.
• Active in all EHS programs and maintain an accident-free workplace.
• Supervise and engage a team of production employees.
• Provide daily coaching, feedback, and guidance to develop skills.
• Foster a positive team culture built on safety, accountability, and respect.
• Train new hires and ensure cross-training.
• Ensure quality standards are met and partner with Quality teams.
• Lead Lean/5S or other improvement initiatives.
