Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Convey goals and expectations clearly to assigned team.
• Provide coaching to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production, quality and safety goals.
• Drive safety culture and ensure machinery and equipment are maintained for safe operations.
• Establish and review key metrics to assess team performance.
• Collaborate with departments for clear and timely communication.
• Encourage continuous improvement and drive implementation of solutions.
• Assist in planning for personnel, machines, equipment, and materials purchasing.
• Oversee shift staffing, scheduling, attendance and performance management; train staff.
• Lead formal performance reviews with employees in partnership with HR.
• Support company initiatives and rollout of new strategies.
