Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing Groveton, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for 1st and 2nd shift to help the team meet daily production goals in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read blueprints and follow QC procedures. Overtime may be required as production needs arise.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary

As a manufacturing associate you will be working in a manufacturing environment. In this role your responsibility will be to help your team achieve daily production goals. Work will vary based off of production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to perform simple machine set-ups
• Must be able to read and understand most blueprints
• Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of most QC requirements and procedures
• Must be able to monitor scrap rates
• Must be able to inspect parts in accordance with procedure policy
• Basic understanding of different cutting tools and their usage
• Basic knowledge of ISO concepts
• Understand production requirements
• Basic understanding of Lean principles
• Must be available to work overtime if required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience required
• Basic math skills
• Accountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude.

This position operates in both office and manufacturing floor environments. Exposure to noise, machinery, temperature variation, and industrial conditions may occur when accessing plant areas.
