Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanner gun.
• Demonstrates manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime.
• Must tolerate potential allergens in food products.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment to proper settings for line speeds and quality.
• Adjust tools and techniques to finish products per specs with minimal supervision.
• Follow GMP and keep work areas clean.
• Read production schedule and prep machines for next run.
• Monitor equipment performance and report faults to supervisor.
• Work with line operator and icing mixers.
• Back up for this position and assist where needed.
• Ensure safety and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Keep area clean during downtime and changeovers.
• Back up for Line Lead as needed.
