Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and metering equipment per procedures.
• Maintain records of batches and ingredient lot numbers.
• Enter information into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Follow GMPs and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Back up other icing mixers and production lead as needed.
