Job summary

Best Maid Cookie Company in York, PA is seeking an Operator III to join our 2nd shift team. You will set up and adjust bakery machinery to produce cakes per specification, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SQF and safety standards.

This is a full-time, 2nd shift role with mandatory overtime possibility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, reading production schedules, coordinating with line operators, and reporting any equipment issues

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a scanner gun.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery to proper settings for line speeds and product quality.
• Read production schedules and prep machines for next run; monitor equipment performance.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies; keep work areas clean and organized.
