Tyson Foods is seeking a team member for the 2nd shift to assist the Supervisor with daily debone operation tasks and department setup. You will ensure USDA, production and HACCP standards are met, monitor equipment, and communicate maintenance needs.

The role includes staffing decisions based on product flow and attendance, with coverage for breaks and supervision when needed. You will support line personnel, handle shifts during absences, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in

Qualificações

• Must have at least six months of Lead experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Supervisor in day-to-day debone operation and department setup.
• Ensure USDA, production and HACCP requirements are met in area.
• Monitor equipment and notify maintenance; handle staffing based on flow and attendance.
• Relieve line personnel, cover absenteeism, and perform break wash downs.
• Fill in for Supervisor in their absence and maintain general housekeeping.
