Job summary

Perma-Seal Basement Systems in Burr Ridge, IL seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead the second-shift warehouse team and ensure accurate, organized inventory. This hands-on role combines leadership with system-driven improvements to cycle counting, receiving, staging and material movements.

You will manage a six-person crew, use ERP/WMS data to drive accountability and continuous improvements, and partner with Supply Chain and Operations to maintain material availability and reduce loss.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, inventory control or supply chain.
• 2+ years of direct leadership or supervision.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and cycle counting.
• Proficient with inventory reports and data analysis.
• Hands-on warehouse environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift warehouse team and ensure accuracy of inventory.
