Job summary

Filtration Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to drive inventory accuracy and lead a team toward on-time delivery at our Joliet, IL facility. You will supervise receiving, storage, and staff, while coordinating with production and customer service to meet customer expectations and maintain high quality standards.

This role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• PC Proficient using Microsoft Office packages.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory accuracy of raw and finished goods to meet customer expectations.
• Direct staffing to exceed KPI’s, using problem solving to eliminate gaps in warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with production and customer service to achieve 95% on-time delivery.
• Supervise receiving and storing of material with 98% cycle count accuracy.
• Ensure inspections of incoming material for supplier quality compliance.
• Plan and assign work for efficient use of personnel and equipment.
