Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northlake is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt team and maintain accurate inventory records in line with client service level agreements.

You will lead daily activities, drive process improvements, ensure safety and training, and safeguard customer inventory using JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP and related systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and systems.
• Experience with ERP/WMS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate daily activities of the Inventory Control Team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor SLA compliance.
• Drive process improvements to reduce inaccuracies and shrink.
• Provide documentation to auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and develop associates; conduct performance reviews.
