Job summary

PL Developments is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations on the 2nd shift, including receiving, inventory control, requisitions, replenishment, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will supervise warehouse associates, equipment operators, and team leads, driving accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and ERP/WMS experience are essential. The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics and 2+ years in supervision, with forklift

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound shipping operations to ensure orders ship accurately, on time, and in full.
• Direct order fulfillment activities including picking, staging, inspection, and carrier loading.
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and allocate labor resources to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, Planning, and Production to address priorities.
• Ensure shipping documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
• Monitor shipping performance metrics and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee inbound receiving, verification, system transactions, and put-away.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and corrective actions.
• Manage replenishment, material requisitions, and production staging requirements.
• Lead safety, quality, and warehouse procedures; train and develop staff.
