Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Mon-Fri) at the Bloomingdale, IL facilities. You will guide a Receiving/Warehouse team, delegate daily tasks, monitor safety and quality, and coach staff to meet department goals.

This role requires hands-on leadership, experience operating PIT equipment, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A focus on training, SOPs, and continuous improvement is essential, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or equivalent
• Post-secondary education and prior team leadership experience preferred
• Experience operating Turret trucks, Dock Stockers, Powered Pallet Jacks and related equipment
• Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals
• Lean principles knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees all areas of Receiving and related warehouse tasks to support team
• Monitors shift performance and efficiency, escalating issues to meet daily goals
• Collaborates with supervisors to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Mentors and trains employees, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company culture
• Writes or updates standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Ensures proper paperwork and inventory records, coordinating with Quality Control and Inventory
• Communicates with other departments to align with production schedules
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
• Maintains safe work practices and ensures adherence to OSHA and safety policies
