Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd shift forklift operator at our Holland, MI plant. You will operate lift devices, move pallets, load and unload materials, and support production with safe material handling.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic English proficiency, and at least 1 month of related experience; Hi-Lo driving experience preferred. We value reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• English literacy to safely perform duties.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Previous material handling and Hi-Lo driving experience preferred.
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Observe and comply with safety, environmental, regulatory, and job requirements.
• Assist in needs analysis and complete scheduled training.
• Participate in audits and support continuous improvement.
• Operate forklift and move loads to designated areas.
• Unload, stack, and inventory materials on the work floor.
• Ensure accurate weight tagging and supply materials as needed.
