Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a 3rd shift forklift operator in Holland, MI. You will operate a forklift to move pallets, load and unload materials, and support plant flow while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, weighing materials, and assisting with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong attention to safety and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Experience with material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and comply with safety, environmental, regulatory and company requirements.
• Perform material handling, load/unload and transport using forklift.
• Stock, pick, weigh and supply materials to production as needed.
• Move lifting devices and load pallets, keeping work area organized.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
