Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a dependable forklift operator for a 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). You will safely move materials, load and unload, and keep precise inventory records to support production flow.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic English literacy, and the ability to work up to 12 hours per day, including weekends. Prior forklift or material-handling experience is preferred, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Must read, write, speak and understand English to perform duties safely.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education.
• Previous material handling or forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to work full time up to 12 hours/day including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklift to move materials between locations and pallets.
• Observe safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply teammates as needed.
• Load and unload materials, weigh and record data as required.
• Rotates through job responsibilities to support plant flow.
