Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a dependable forklift operator to move and stage materials safely on a 12-hour shift (6AM–6PM, Mon-Thu). You will operate HiLo forklift, load/unload pallets, and support plant flow.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, English literacy, and at least one month of related experience; basic computer skills and safety focus required. Willingness to work weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• One month related experience or training; previous material handling or HiLo driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observes and complies with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Operates forklift to move, stack, and transport materials.
• Loads/unloads pallets and transports loads to designated areas.
• Maintains accurate inventory on the shop floor.
• Assists in general plant operations to support flow.
