Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Hands-on setup or changeover experience in high-pressure aluminum die casting or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read complex process setup sheets and operate related equipment.

Aufgaben

• Execute Die Changes & Setups for high-pressure aluminum die casting machines and automation equipment.
• Set and fine-tune parameters: melt temps, hydraulic pressures, shot speeds, cycle timing.
• Rig, align, install dies, trim tools, shot-end components and cooling lines using cranes/forklifts.
• Troubleshoot setup or production defects to optimize cycles and reduce scrap.
• Verify system functionality before production starts and participate in first-piece inspections.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and crane safety protocols during setups and teardowns.
