Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician for our Austin headquarters. You will provide second-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with deployments and projects across time zones.

Your role is customer-focused and hands-on, balancing technical excellence with clear, professional communication. You will work with Active Directory, Exchange, and modern PC/mobile environments, ensuring uptime and security.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant end-user support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and other server technologies.
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office Suite and other common software.
• Strong Windows and Mac operating systems knowledge and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line IT support for complex issues and escalations.
• Support projects and deployments during major changes.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the service desk system.
• Serve as onsite IT contact in the Austin office and coordinate with remote team.
