Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support external financial reporting, SEC filings, and GAAP compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with accounting leadership, cross-functional partners, and external auditors to ensure accurate disclosures and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include drafting sections of Form 10-K/10-Q, coordinating audits, researching US GAAP and SEC guidance, and supporting SOX controls and monthly management reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA/CPA candidacy are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft portions of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings, including financial statements and MD&A.
  • Coordinate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to gather disclosures.
  • Assist in coordinating audit requests and communications with external auditors.
  • Research U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance and apply new pronouncements.
  • Support SOX compliance and internal control processes.
  • Assist with monthly management reporting and debt compliance reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc accounting and financial analysis projects.
