  • Write and publish engaging job advertisements across appropriate job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Review applications and resumes, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, and evaluate qualifications and alignment with position requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, facilitate communication between hiring teams and applicants, and support timely hiring decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining candidate quality and a positive hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, recruiting activity, and hiring documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular recruiting updates, market insights, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay informed of labor market conditions, compensation trends, employment regulations, and evolving recruitment practices to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable federal and state employment laws, organizational policies, and established hiring procedures.
  • Develop relationships with local colleges, universities, and professional organizations to establish talent pipelines and support campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Identify and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote employment opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting tools, sourcing methods, workflows, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
