RRD Company is launching an Associate Development Program in Seattle as a full-time, entry-level role. The four-month training program prepares you to become a Sales Associate, teaching sales steps, prospecting, and account management.

The July 2027 cohort in Seattle emphasizes shadowing experienced reps, building client relationships, and contributing to a structured pipeline within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics or related fields with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions for customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a sales context.
• Prior CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist with sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment and participate in special projects.
