Job summary

RRD is offering an Associate - Sales program, a full-time, entry-level role with a four-month training path designed to prepare you as a Sales Associate. You will learn RRD's sales steps and advance through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with customers.

Through shadowing and hands-on responsibilities, you will support senior reps, attend meetings, and develop your own sales funnel. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with travel as part of the role depending on the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Motivation to learn and explain ROI to customers.
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel required.
• Assist senior sales reps in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in additional projects and development opportunities.
