Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking an Automation Onsite Administrator to support our customer’s Omnicell solutions and optimize system usage. You will manage the system, generate and analyze reports, and coordinate upgrades and training.

The role requires strong Excel and data skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication with multiple levels of the client organization. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and reliable

Qualifications

• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certificate required.
• Current WA Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospital healthcare or medication inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and administer the Omnicell system for a customer.
• Generate and analyze reports, sharing insights with appropriate resources.
• Provide optimization services and analysis for customers.
• Identify inventory improvement opportunities.
• Retrieve and analyze data to create custom views for clients.
• Lead in-service training for Omnicell products and assess retraining needs.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction with systems.
• Perform onsite triage and troubleshooting, including minor repairs.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and beta activities.
• Identify problems and coordinate cross-departmental solutions.
• Attend required trainings and meetings for Omnicell or customer.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the customer.
