Job summary

Optum in Woodinville, WA is seeking an Equipment Services Technician to support and optimize mail order pharmacy automation. This is a full-time onsite role (Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00) with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to grow within the Automation team.

You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain Automation equipment, work with Electrical/Mechanical/Pneumatic systems, and coordinate with Engineering and Production leadership to minimize downtime. A strong background in PLCs and CMMS is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/ Rockwell PLCs, HMI, Studio 5000.
• Experience with CMMS or SAP for work orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain mail order pharmacy equipment and automation lines.
• Install and test equipment, diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain PMs and service records; manage spare parts inventory.
• Record work orders and parts usage in the CMMS system.
• Coordinate with Engineering AES Supervisor and production leadership to minimize downtime.
