Job summary

Acentra Health in Spokane, WA seeks two on-site EAP clinicians to deliver a full range of EAP services for employees, managers, and the employer organization.

These part-time roles are 20 hours per week per person, with occasional travel to sites in the region; hours and location may change based on client needs. Licensure in WA and related qualifications ensure readiness for service.

Qualifications

• Active license in WA behavioral health per DOH.
• 2+ years in EAP or behavioral health field.
• Ability to obtain federal security clearance for a public trust position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and EAP services to employees and managers.
• Deliver critical incident response and psychoeducational trainings.
• Refer clients to treatment services when appropriate and coordinate transitions.
• Maintain client records per policies and HIPAA rules.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to tailor EAP services.
