Job summary

Acentra Health seeks an on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinician for full-time work near Spokane, Washington. The licensed clinician will deliver a full range of EAP services to a large government agency and its employees, managers, and organization.

Travel to site locations within the region may be required; work schedule is 40 hours per week. The role requires an active WA behavioral health license, a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field, and 2+ years of EAP/mental health

Qualifications

• Active professional license in behavioral health field (WA DOH) or able to obtain within 90 days.
• 2+ years of professional EAP/mental health experience.
• Ability to pass federal security clearance (background check, fingerprinting, drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and EAP services to employees and managers.
• Deliver crisis response services and psychoeducational presentations.
• Refer to treatment services and community resources as needed.
• Maintain client records and adhere to HIPAA and privacy rules.
• Collaborate with account managers and internal stakeholders to support client needs.
