Job summary

Acentra Health seeks two on-site, part-time EAP Clinicians in Spokane, WA to provide a full range of EAP services for employees, managers, and the employer organization. Work schedule is 20 hours per week per person; occasional regional travel may be required.

Must hold an active DOH license in behavioral health (or obtain within 90 days), have a master's or doctoral degree, and at least 2 years of EAP/behavioral health experience; ability to obtain federal security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted Washington DOH license in behavioral health or be able to obtain one within 90 days of start date.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the EAP, mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral health field.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance for a non‑sensitive/high‑risk public trust position.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of EAP services for employees, managers, and the employer organization.
• Direct counseling, crisis response services, trainings or psychoeducational presentations, and outreach services.
• Make referrals to treatment services and transition clients from EAP to treatment as needed.
• Refer to community resources to support clients' well‑being and mental health.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, privacy and security rules and company policies.
