Ladders in Seattle seeks an Office Leader for Washington State to guide a major office in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role drives profitability, growth, and sound financial performance while leading planning, client engagement, and team development.

You will partner with key clients and internal stakeholders to expand market presence, manage budgeting and cash flow, and oversee marketing, contract acquisition, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years related experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PE license preferred.
• Advanced business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage office profitability and growth with revenue over $80M.
• Ensure achievement of operational and financial goals.
• Oversee marketing, contract acquisition, and client management.
• Direct office activities including budgeting and cash management.
• Lead in developing and implementing business plans.
• Serve as client/project manager for key clients.
• Build and empower a strong and effective team.
• Expand existing client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
