Job summary

WSP in Seattle is seeking a Local Business Line Lead for the Property & Buildings team. You will guide the local strategy, manage project and office financials, and lead multidisciplinary design teams on complex sectors including healthcare and higher education.

You will foster client relationships, grow market share, and collaborate with regional and national teams to deliver innovative solutions while developing the next generation of WSP professionals in the Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
• 12+ years of design experience including leadership.
• Proven business development and client engagement in property and buildings.
• PE or RA license preferred.
• LEED AP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead local growth and strategic plan for P&B in Seattle.
• Manage project and office financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and complex projects.
• Develop client relationships and pursue local/regional opportunities.
• Represent the firm in industry events and maintain brand visibility.
