Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or Architecture; PE or RA license preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in design, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in business development and client engagement within the property and buildings sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and market share for the local Property & Buildings practice.
• Build and sustain trusted client relationships; lead local client meetings and proposals.
• Represent the firm at events and industry associations to promote visibility and pipeline.
• Oversee strategy, financial performance, and delivery of complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.
