Job summary

ALL4 LLC seeks an experienced Office Leader to guide the Bellingham, WA office. The leader owns strategic decisions, client relationships, staffing, and market growth, reporting to the Western Regional Director.

Dual roles such as Project Manager or Directing Consultant are possible, with required in-office presence in Bellingham, WA. The OL will drive profitability, staff development, and opportunities with existing and new clients, fostering authentic communication and accountability across

Qualifications

Engineering or applicable science degree with a minimum of ten years in an environmental discipline.
Proven ability to grow client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as primary decision-maker regarding office direction, planning, and execution.
Develop and manage annual KPIs and report to the Western Regional Director and Leadership Team.
Grow the office top-line revenue and meet utilization targets aligned with the financial plan.
Build and mentor a team of project managers for strong client relationships.
Establish relationships with regulatory agencies and interpret regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with ALL4 Corporate Leaders on recruiting, marketing and sales.
Maintain an in-office presence and lead quarterly financial reviews.
