Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services is seeking an Intake and Engagement Coordinator to support onboarding and engagement for individuals seeking behavioral health services. This onsite role in Seattle runs Monday to Friday, 6 am–2 pm, guiding participants through the first 90 days and coordinating referrals.

You will collaborate with referral sources and internal teams to link clients to case management, counseling, medical services, and other resources to promote sustained participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
• Experience in case management, social services, intake coordination, or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with intake procedures and participant engagement strategies.
• Washington State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, guiding onboarding and program overview.
• Coordinate intake assessments, eligibility screenings, and documentation.
• Schedule appointments and connect participants to services across teams.
• Maintain outreach, follow-ups, and engagement during early treatment milestones.
• Document interactions in the EHR and track activity metrics.
