Securitas, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in a very large, high-volume environment at the Atlanta, GA office.

You will oversee a team of 3–4 recruiters, execute full-cycle HR processes including FMLA, ADA, LOA, and compliance, and drive employee relations and workplace investigations. You will shape the employee experience, partner with local leadership, and implement practical HR programs that reflect our values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of full-cycle HR experience in a high-volume environment, with emphasis on hourly employee relations.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
• Solid working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience planning, conducting, and documenting workplace investigations.

• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters in a high-volume environment.
• Conduct thorough, impartial workplace investigations with actionable findings.
• Coach, counsel, and problem-solve to reduce risk and improve engagement.
• Mediate conflicts and ensure fair, policy-aligned resolutions.
• Lead a team of 3–4 recruiters and oversee high-volume hiring events and onboarding.
• Manage FMLA, ADA, LOA processes and ensure compliance.
• Oversee licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
