Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the operations of healthcare facilities and office spaces in the Seattle region. The role reports to the Integrated Facilities Management Director and focuses on delivering a compliant, cost-effective service delivery model within the client environment.

You will mentor staff, drive performance against KPIs, and ensure adherence to all safety and infection control policies while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial Facility Management or related supervision roles.
• Experience with regulatory standards (TJC, DNV, AAAHC) and health care environments.
• Strong report writing and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations for corporate healthcare facilities and office spaces.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys and inspections.
• Manage budgets and track KPI/SLA performance with vendors and internal teams.
• Lead staff development, IPMP alignment, and safety/infection control practices.
• Serve as primary escalation point for facility concerns and stakeholder communication.
