Qualifications

• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding accounts and increasing product adoption.
• Develop new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain customer partnerships to improve retention.
• Create territory sales plans to maximize market coverage.
• Utilize consultative selling to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Track activity, engagement, forecasts, and metrics via CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to support customer success.
• Represent The Pittsburgh Paints Company brand in field activities.
