Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is hiring a Seasoning Operator to ensure accurate seasoning application and maintain quality. You will follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety rules, and operate seasoning equipment on a rotating B or D shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

The role requires detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to document production records, perform setup, changeovers, sanitation, and minor maintenance, while supporting R&D trials and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written procedures, production specs, and safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety requirements and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoning equipment with correct blends and inventory levels.
• Monitor application rates and adjust to meet quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize seasoning line equipment.
• Perform changeovers and line cleanups, including allergen and sanitation steps.
• Set up equipment and prepare production lines for operation.
• Complete production records and required documentation.
• Calibrate and assist with load cells and sensors for accurate seasoning.
• Support R&D by assisting with seasoning trials.
