The Campbell's Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Seasoning Operator. You will adhere to GMP, SOP, and safety protocols while maintaining seasoning levels and equipment, performing setup and changeovers, and supporting QA checks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain seasoner with correct seasoning at appropriate levels.
• Identify and correct seasoning equipment issues.
• Assemble and disassemble seasoning line equipment properly.
• Handle line clean‑ups and product changeovers.
• Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning.
• Set up seasoning equipment.
• Complete documentation for seasoning process monitoring.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments and maintenance.
• Retrieve and stock supplies from the warehouse.
• Assist R&D with new seasoning tests and trials.
• Sanitize scales and seasoning tumblers.
• Calibrate load cells for accurate seasoning application.
• Ensure product meets QA specifications and adjust as needed.
• Conduct seasoning checks on finished product when required.
• Verify level sensors and no‑seasoning laser sensors using calibration tools.
• Assist with scale calibration.
• Use operator interface panels to perform drop tests, adjust seasoning settings, and operate equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve seasoning‑related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mandatory overtime may be required.

Compensation and Benefits
