Job summary

Starting pay is $25.50/hour with an additional $2.00 shift differential. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate packaging equipment and perform setups.
• Experience with changeovers and basic maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently per schedules.
• Read production schedules and print labels; perform quality checks.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping; report issues promptly.
• Monitor codes, dates, and packaging quality; adjust as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork on shift.
