Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Operate seasoning coverage on product safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Monitor and replenish seasoning on overhead to ensure proper coverage.
• Plan ahead for product/seasoning changeovers to switch items smoothly.
• Keep tumblers/scales and work areas clean and wipe equipment per allergen program.
• Prepare tumblers/machines for re-work of product.
• Immediately report equipment problems to maintenance; operate machinery if qualified.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines for safe housekeeping and PPE.
• Store supplies properly and keep aisles/exits clear.
• Report injuries; lift/carry as instructed; assist QA to keep product in specification.
• Participate in sensory testing and may perform other duties; overtime may be required.
