You will support R&D during trials and assist with equipment calibration and quality checks to maintain product standards. The position offers a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of production experience required.

Responsibilities

• Season product to required standards while maintaining a continuous flow of product to the packaging lines.
• Make minor adjustments to machinery to achieve correct product and seasoning flow, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and keep records.
• Adhere to GMP, SOP, and Safety Regulations consistently.
• Maintain seasoner with correct seasoning at appropriate levels.
• Identify seasoning equipment problems and correct them.
• Assemble and disassemble seasoning line equipment correctly.
• Handle line clean-ups and changeovers.
• Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning.
• Calibrate load cells for accurate seasoning application.
• Utilize operator interface panels to perform seasoning drop tests and adjust settings.
