Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking an Experienced Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction zones in Buda, TX. You will set up and remove traffic control devices, use stop/slow paddles, and communicate with teammates to ensure safety and smooth flow of vehicles.

The role requires outdoor work in various weather conditions, standing for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior ATSSA Flagger training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check including motor vehicle records.
• Must pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• ATSSA Flagger training completed or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and barricades to divert traffic.
• Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Maintain clear communication with team using two-way radios.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
