Saint-Kate-Arts-Hote in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Pizza Cook to join our line cooks. You will follow Chef directives, prepare and cook menu items, and expedite orders quickly and accurately.

The ideal candidate has culinary schooling or 3 years of similar experience, strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and stocks, and the ability to work long hours under pressure while maintaining sanitation standards. You will help set up stations and ensure high-quality plating.

Qualifications

• Culinary schooling or 3 years similar experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
• Ability to read micros orders.
• Ability to obtain Sanitation Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food quickly and correctly following required recipes.
• Correctly store food with proper rotation and dating.
• Maintain sanitary standards before, during, and after service.
• Determine inventory and requisition from storeroom.
• Set up equipment for preparation prior to service.
• Maintain high quality in food production and presentation.
• Cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Set up, breakdown, and advance prep for stations.
• Prepare all items as per recipe specifications.
• Maintain clean work areas and break down stations at end of shift.
